Dads and Daughters' Dance

20/06/2014
Review: What an awesome night! Well done to the dads who dressed up in their finest to accompany their daughters and dance the night away. The photo booth was a popular spot to take a breather and we have lots of photos for you to collect.

Just bring in (or send) a USB to the library and your photos will be transferred ASAP. All free of charge. The photos turned out great so don't miss the chance to get a memento of the night. Well done everyone!

It’s the girls’ turn to enjoy a special night out with their dads (of course this means preferred adult male if you can’t bring your dad, e.g. big brother, uncle, grandfather etc.)

When: 6:00 - 8:00pm Tuesday 3rd June
Where: Springfield Lakes State School Hall
Cost: $15 ($7.50 per head, includes dinner and drinks)
Dress: Smart casual attire with flat soled, covered shoes for ballroom dancing.

The Chaplaincy Service is incredibly excited to invite all Springfield Lakes State School girls from Years 3 to 7 and their ‘dads’ to our ‘Dads & Daughters Dance’. This year we will be celebrating in style with our very own Dinner Dance. Springfield Lakes girls and their ‘dads’ will be challenged to pick up the pace and learn some classic dance moves as they have an amazing night.

Girls and their ‘dads’ will be schooled in the art of ballroom dancing (By Chris & Antoinette Idzikowski, the Level 2 Winners in Ballroom and New Vogue category at the 2013 East Coast Vs West Coast Australia Competition), share a great meal and several other father/daughter competitions. Please feel free to dress up for the night as we’ll be taking photos! (Yes, you can get copies.)

Please complete the registration form sent home and pay the school office by Friday 30th May. All enquiries can be directed to Hayden Bridgeman via the school office or email haydenb@chappy.org.au
